Items we have for sale may have been inspired by the works of others, but are not directly connected with the copyrighted/trademarked works of others. The items we produce have licensed from the copyright owners of the 3D print models. All items have been modified from the original print models in order to produce superior products.
Credit Card Processing
Orders are processed securely via Stripe using SSL protection technology.
Please verify that the SSL certificate is functioning properly before placing your order by checking to see that the lock icon is active in your browser's toolbar.
Bank Payments, et. al
We currently don't offer any payment methods such as bank transfer, etc.
Shipping
In-stock items are shipped out the next business day and items on backorder ship the next business day after being added back to stock.
We may use different services depending on availability and cost, but we typically will use Japan Post.
Returns & Refunds
Items that are damaged during shipment may be replaced or refunded.
Due to the nature of our products being hand crafted, returns on opened products require a restocking fee.
Items that are brand new and unbroken in the original boxes can be returned, but each customer must pay a return shipping fee.
Refunds will be processed to each customer's original credit card, which may take 3-5 business days to be fully refunded.
If we received payment via alternative methods, we may refund through a direct bank deposit or another method.
Quality Guarantee
All items are guaranteed to be unbroken through the end of the shipping process. As these are hand crafted, there may be small errors in paint or placement in various spots, but these aren't considered to be damage.
If an item was damaged during the manufacturing process or during shipping, a new item will be provided in exchange for the broken item.
Privacy
No customer information is shared with third parties, except for collecting payment and processing orders. These third parties would be companies like Stripe, VISA, and Japan Post. We do not share customer information with search engines and/or marketing firms such as Google, Bing, etc.
In order to fix difficulties with our website, we may provide access to third parties. All customer information is typically inaccessible to these third parties, but things such as database errors or payment processing difficulties may require an authorized third-party to have access to customer data. These third parties aren't authorized to copy and/or save any customer data outside of their limited duties, and we will prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law if we find any unauthorized data access.
We have worked diligently to remove access to customer data from various plugins on our website. If anyone finds data being transferred without authorization, please contact us and we will stop the data transmission as soon as possible, and will then, if possible, pursue legal recourse against the party that caused the data transmission.
If you wish to have your private information removed from our servers, please contact us and we will do so. We will not be able to provide specific customer support after your information has been removed from our servers. Your private information may be stored short term in database backups, which will only be used if there are database errors or server attacks that need to be fixed.
