Shipping
Items that are in stock will be shipped the next day, excluding holidays and weekends. Please read the latest shop updates to see if there are emergency closures or scheduled vacation days.
Items on backorder will ship one day after they are back in stock. We add production estimates to each product page, but each item may take longer to produce than expected if we have many orders.
Returns
We guarantee all items will be unbroken through delivery. In certain circumstances, products may be shipped in multiple pieces in order to decrease possible damage.
If an item is broken during transit, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged product and box. A refund or replacement will be determined on an individual basis.
As these are collectibles with small, breakable pieces, we ask that you handle the items with care.
If an item is unused, unbroken, and still in its original packaging, we can accept returns. Each customer is required to pay for return shipping.
Returns may be accepted for various reasons, but each return will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may required restocking fees.
Backorder
We allow customers to order items that are out of stock. It usually takes 2-4 days to restock items, but it may take longer to fulfill orders if there are many customers.
