How long will delivery of my Getto Kyara™ take?
Delivery withing Japan usually happens 1-2 days after shipment. Currently, delivery will be handled via Japan Post. A tracking number will be provided with every order.
Can I order an item on backorder?
All items can be backordered, and backordering is enabled for all items.
How long will it take to receive an item that's on backorder?
The full manufacturing process can take about 2-3 days from first printing through letting the final layer of lacquer dry. Some items may be going through the manufacturing process, so items on backorder may sometimes be fulfilled within a week, but manufacturing may take longer if there we receive many orders in a short time frame.
If we have many orders, it may take weeks or potentially months to fulfill orders depending on availability of manufacturing materials and repairing.

Are these meant for children?
These were designed and created to be collectibles for adults. The materials may be hazardous if consumed. Many pieces will break if dropped or thrown, and may be dangerous if handled by children. Pieces might be able to be picked off or break and create sharp edges.
As such, we suggest that these be kept out of the way of children and only used on display or handled carefully.

What are Getto Kyara made out of?
We print every item in a 3D printer, using plant-based resin and various methods of dyeing. A lacquer finish is sprayed on top to give each figure a vibrant shine and protect from minor scratches.
Resin manufacturers are secretive about the exact content of their plant-based resins, but we can safely assume that about 30-50% of the resin is a product of soybeans. Fully plant-sourced resins aren't available on the market yet, but using partially plant-based resins help decrease the reliance on fossil fuels. The exact materials change depending on what's available.
Resin is hazardous when in liquid form, but it is safe to the touch after being fully cured. These pieces will be sharp if broken and may be hazardous if consumed.

What does "Getto Kyara" mean?
"Getto" and "kyara" are Japanized versions of the words "get" and "character," so these are basically "characters you can get." ゲットキャラ™
A wing, flower, or tail broke off. How do I fix this?
It may be difficult to find the proper glue to use to fix the broken piece. You can use cyano acrylate glue to stick these back together. Other types of glue will likely not work well. In order to reduce the amount of extra and leaked glue, we suggest that you use standard/slow-curing cyano acrylate glue with a brush applicator.
If you use fast-acting glue with a dropper, some glue will likely spill or leak and will be difficult to clean. Using a brush applicator makes it easier to apply a small amount of glue, decreasing any need to wipe away excess glue.

My Getto Kyara got scuffed. Is there a way to repair the paint?
We spray on a lacquer that helps seal and hide minor scratches while protecting from scratches and scuffs from storage and use. This doesn't perfectly protect from scratches, but it helps.
If your Getto Kyara has been scratched, we suggest that you use some sort of polish to fill in the scratch. A new layer of lacquer may be applied, but this can end up making the lacquer layers inconsistent and bumpy.

How much is shipping?
Shipping for one item is ¥1,000, but is free on two or more items. Shipping is currently made through Japan Post, but we may use another carrier without notice.
I can't ship this to my country. Will this be available?
Each country or region has its own individual shop. We will publish a page with specific shop links for each country.

Can I receive a refund?
If the box is sealed and unopened, we can provide a refund if initiated within 14 days of delivery and as long as the package containing each Getto Kyara wasn't opened.
If the item damaged during shipping, you can send it back in the original box and we will provide you with a new one. If there is evidence that the item was damaged on purpose, we may refuse to offer a refund.
If an item is on backorder, you may receive a full refund if you request it before the order is fulfilled.

How many different Getto Kyara will you make?
As long as we keep receiving orders, we will continue releasing new Getto Kyara. Our selection may be small now, but we are continually working on releasing more.
Can you make a specific Getto Kyara?
You may contact us to request a Getto Kyara based on a specific design, but we are unable to gurarantee that we will be able to release the one you requested.

Do you collect taxes?
We currently do not collect taxes in Japan, as our sales are under the consumption tax collection threshold.
